Ein Fahrtenbuch muss belegen, dass nachträglich nichts verändert wurde. Genau das kann eine Excel-Tabelle oder eine Notiz-App strukturell nicht — sie sind jederzeit überschreibbar und deshalb als Fahrtenbuch nicht geeignet.
A logbook has to show that nothing was changed after the fact. That's something a spreadsheet or a notes app structurally cannot do — they can be overwritten at any time and are therefore not suitable as a logbook.

Jede Fahrt wird zu einem Glied in einer fortlaufenden Kette. Jeder Eintrag trägt den digitalen Fingerabdruck (SHA-256) des vorherigen — wird nachträglich auch nur eine Zahl geändert, passt der Fingerabdruck nicht mehr, und die Kette bricht sichtbar an genau dieser Stelle.
Every trip becomes a link in a continuous chain. Each entry carries the digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of the previous one — change even a single number afterwards and the fingerprint no longer matches, and the chain breaks visibly at exactly that spot.
- Nichts wird überschrieben. Korrekturen und Stornos kommen als neues, protokolliertes Ereignis dazu — mit Zeitpunkt und Grund. Die alte Fassung bleibt sichtbar.
- Punktgenau statt pauschal. Wird ein einzelner Eintrag verändert, wird nur er markiert — die übrigen Fahrten bleiben nachweisbar unversehrt.
- Sieben Tage nach der Erfassung ist ein Eintrag festgeschrieben; danach geht eine Korrektur nur noch mit Grund.
- Eine Verfahrensdokumentation liegt jedem Export bei und erklärt genau, wie dieser Nachweis funktioniert.
- Nothing gets overwritten. Corrections and cancellations are added as new, logged events — with time and reason. The old version stays visible.
- Pinpointed, not blanket. If a single entry is altered, only that entry is flagged — the other trips remain verifiably intact.
- Seven days after recording, an entry is locked; from then on, a correction requires a reason.
- A process description is attached to every export and explains exactly how this proof works.

For the current state, Spurando obtains a timestamp token from an independent time-stamping service under RFC 3161 — an internationally recognised standard also used by notaries and public authorities. It attests to timeliness and can be verified with any OpenSSL-compatible tool.

Spurando macht deine Aufzeichnung nachvollziehbar und nachprüfbar. Ob ein Fahrtenbuch steuerlich anerkannt wird, entscheidet immer die zuständige Stelle im Einzelfall — eine Anerkennung wird nicht garantiert. Die abgelesenen Tacho-Kilometer bleiben die Grundlage; GPS und Automatik sind Hilfen, die dir das Erfassen abnehmen, kein Ersatz für deine Sorgfalt.
Spurando makes your record traceable and verifiable. Whether a logbook is recognised for tax purposes is decided by the competent authority in each case — no recognition is guaranteed. The odometer readings remain the basis; GPS and automation are aids that take the recording work off your hands, not a substitute for your diligence.
